To many, Youngsport is a rural town tucked away in the Hill Country, full of Texas charm, with quirky family names and a quaint main street lined with historic buildings. But to those of us who grew up in Youngsport, Texas, Youngsport is so much more. It is the stomping ground of our childhood, where everything we loved about Texas was at our fingertips.

Youngsport, Texas is located in Young County, which is in the Houston, Texas area. Youngsport is a small town with a population of about 675 people. Youngsport’s economy is primarily based on agriculture and oil.

Youngsport, TX is a small community located in Montgomery County. It has a population just under 800 residents, and is home to Moringstar Christian School, and Moringstar Academy. The town is located about 20 miles north of downtown Dallas, and is accessible via Youngsport Road, TX-262, FM-3157, and FM-140. The town also borders Happy Hollow Park, which sits south of town, and is home to a softball complex, a golf course, and a disc golf course.
