Lions Club Park in Killeen offers nature trails, a paved walking trail, a playground, tennis courts, picnic areas, and volleyball courts. The park is centrally located to many local amenities, including The Mall at Green Hills, Killeen College, Fort Hood, and Gunter Annex.

For over 20 years, Lions Park has been a proud community asset. This 27-acre park features sports fields, walking paths, picnic tables, and a community center. The official City of Killeen Parks and Recreation office is located inside the park, and residents can also access groups and classes like yoga, camping, and fishing here.

The Lions Club Park, was donated to the City of Killeen by the Killeen Lions Club in 1974 in memory of the men and women who served and died in defense of our country. The park is located north of FM 1431.

The Killeen Lion’s Club Park, located off of Bellmead Drive, is the city’s newest park. The 6.2 acre park features a lighted softball field, a baseball/softball field, a soccer field, a basketball court, a playground, and a trail around the lake. The park also has a pavilion that can be used for birthday parties, family reunions, or other group functions. The Killeen Lion’s Club Park is another amenity that Killeen offers its residents, and the park’s opening should make Killeen a better place to live for those who want some outdoor exercise.

The Lions Park is also home to a brand new splash pad, which was installed in June, 2017. The splash pad features 7 water features that feature different nozzles, ranging from 9-foot tall sprays to 8-foot tall mists.

The playground features equipment appropriate for children of all ages. The park also features a basketball court, a volleyball court, a softball field, and a soccer field. The basketball court has bleachers and a scoreboard. There are also restrooms and drinking water at this park.

The Killeen Lions Park is a 16-acre city park in the heart of Killeen. It has picnic tables, sand volleyball courts, a playground, a basketball court, and horseshoe pits. The city’s annual Lions Day Festival takes place here in late August.

Lions Park, or the Lions Memorial Park and Lions Golf Course, is a 2,745 acre park in the Killeen, TX area. The park features several hiking trails, nature trail, equestrian trails, a disc golf course, picnic areas, fishing, and playgrounds. Lions Park is part of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and is governed by the Lions Club of Killeen.
