The Thomas Moore Health Clinic is a small Army medical facility located at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas. The clinic is operated by the US Department of Veteran Affairs and offers free primary care services to active duty military personnel, their family members, and eligible Reserve Component soldiers stationed at Fort Hood.

The Thomas Moore Health Clinic was originally built as Camp Wilson Hospital in 1941. It became part of Fort Hood Texas in 1948 and was renamed the Thomas H. Moore General Hospital in 1953. In 2017 it was renamed once again to the Thomas H. Moore Health Clinic after a well-known general who retired from service that same year. The Thomas Moore Health Clinic is located inside the Post Exchange (PX), which means it can be easily accessed by all personnel at Fort Hood.

Services provided by the Thomas Moore Health Clinic include primary care services such as physicals, medical checkups and vaccinations, mental health treatment programs, OB/GYN visits and other gynecological services, eye examinations, dental care including extractions, necessary lab tests and x-rays as well as prescription medications if needed. It offers services including family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics and obstetrics/gynecology; as well as laboratory and imaging services. Thomas Moore also serves as a primary base hospital for all soldiers stationed at the installation. The hospital has nearly 900 beds and around 4,400 staff members work there 24 hours a day, seven days a week in support of soldiers’ medical needs.
